10:15 – 11:00am ................ Safety Values and Beliefs in the Culture. The importance of culture for safety excellence. Beliefs critical to safety excellence.

11:00am – 12:00pm ................ Performance Management and Accountability – Helping managers and supervisors succeed in their safety role. Roles and responsibilities for all. Safety Manager Role vs Operations Manager. This session includes a management organization model and a discussion of training essentials.

12:00 – 1:00pm ................ Lunch

1:00 – 1:45pm ................ Management Leadership and Commitment. This session addresses such topics as management roles, EHS Policy, Goals and Objectives, Resources, Planning and written program , and Management review.

1:45 – 2:30pm ................ Employee Involvement – Why it's important and getting more of it. The session will include a review of behavior, attitude and reinforcing safe behavior.

2:45 – 4:00pm ................ Safety Practices/ Rules and Standards of Performance. Operating Procedures Critical to EHS. What are the consequences of departure from operating procedures and rules. Also covered in this session will be Document Control and Maintaining Regulatory Compliance
